A nice 600 lb fish on #10 Ribbon Reef, these mid size fish put on a great show and exciting fight.
Tradition at anchor at Lizard Island , one of the most exclusive resorts in Australia, and the only resort on the marlin grounds of the Great Barrier Reef.
Out wide of the Great Barrier Reef we fish the annual tuna aggregation , with yellowfin and bigeye tunas, whalesharks and big marlin out in the Coral Sea.
Small black marlin from the previous year's spawn are great fun on light tackle in July, August and September out of Townsville and Cairns.

The power of grander class marlin (1000 lbs +) is incredible.
